This section of the Clinic Admin Dashboard displays the accreditation status of various certifications associated with the clinic.
Displays overall 3 Logos in the Dashboard: 1 out of 3 from Main Program type (Accreditation Programs/ Entry Level Certification Programme – Hospital & SHCO/ Entry Level Certification Programme - AYSUH Centre & AYUSH Hospital) and 2 out of 6 from Other Accreditation Programs (Medical Laboratory/ Nursing Excellence/ Emergency Department in Hospital/ Accreditation Programme (International)/ Medical Value Travel Facilitator (MVTF)).
Each card provides the following information:
Accreditation Type – The name of the certification.
Validity Period – Clearly shows the "Valid From" and "Valid To" dates.
Status Indicator – A coloured label indicating:
Expired: When the current date is past the "Valid To" date (Red Border and light red background).
Expiring Soon: When the expiry date is within 30 days (Red Border and light red background).
This Section gives a clear idea about the Total revenue, Insurance Revenue, Optical Revenue, Pharmacy Revenue, OP Revenue, IP Revenue along with Tax and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Can Select date range from Date picker or preset options on the left like Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This Month.
Total Claim Pending: This card displays the total claim pending amount. Separate cards are available for the claim pending within 15 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. This value appears only after submitting the Scheduled Settlement Date and Required Settlement amount (Insurance Settlement Check box).
Total Account Receivable: This card displays the Total Receivable Amount (Not Paid Amounts in Customer Bills) within 15 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
Total Payable: This card displays the Total Payable Amount by the Clinic/Optical Store/Pharmacy (Partially Paid/Not Paid in Expense) within 15 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
