Counseling Queue

  • Doctor can Intimate a Patient for Surgery from Doctor Screen.

  • The flow will be as follows:

  • Surgery List

    Counselor can generate Final Bill and Reschedule Surgery from Surgery List.

  • Pending Cliam List

    This screen displays a list of insurance claims that are currently pending or under review, offering a quick overview of patient-wise insurance claim status, dates, durations, and any delay in processing.

    Example
    • Search & Filter Panel
      • Date Range Selector: Filters claims between specific dates.
      • Dropdown Filter: Likely used to filter by days (Greater than or equal to 15, 30, 60 and 90 days), Patient Name, UHID, Insurance Name.
      • Search Icon: Executes the filter based on the selected criteria.
    • Below the filter panel, the main table displays detailed information:
      • Patient Name: Name of the patient for whom the claim is raised.
      • UHID: Unique hospital identification number.
      • IP No: Inpatient number for that hospital admission.
      • Insurance Name: Insurance company name.
      • Insurance Amount: Claimed amount under insurance.
      • Claim ID: Reference number for the claim.
      • Claim Date: The date when the claim was submitted.
      • Approved Date: The date on which the claim was approved.
      • Time Period: The allowed duration (in days) for processing the claim.
      • Days: Number of days passed since the claim was made.
      • Exceeded Days: Number of days claim has crossed the allowed time period.
    • Download: Download Insurance Pending Claim List as Excel.
